Shipping
How long does it take to get my package?
The average courier time for a package to get delivered from the order date is 2 days for delhi / NCR based orders and 3-4 days for other metro cities. For pin-codes, that are either remote or rural, you can expect delivery in 4-5 working days (excluding sundays).
In case of delay due to a courier company, Smartiphi will not be responsible.
What shipping methods are available?
We use Air and surface shipment from best-in-class courier partners & aggregator platforms to ensure the package is delivered in shortest possible time, widest area coverage with safe delivery. These include reputed and established brands, such as Delhivery, FedEx, Ekart, etc. In case the pin code is in a remote area that is not serviceable by the private couriers, we will ship through India Post. On Urgent requests from customers, we also ship orders through DTDC Premium with a slight increase in shipping charges.
How do I track my shipment?
Once you place your order, you will receive status update of your order on email, whatsapp and mobile no. These status updates also include shipment tracking link for easy tracking. In case you lost the link or don’t have access to the mail, feel free to contact our customer care for assistance.
What are various shipping charges?
We provide free shipping for orders valued over Rs 999.
For orders below Rs 999, we provide flat shipping rate of Rs 60.
For cash on delivery orders, an additonal fee of Rs 80 will be charged.

Can i get more information on a product?
Usually every product has information about description, usage instruction, technical specification and applications. In case you have any additional query, please send us an email @ [email protected] or contact us through our contact us page and we will be happy to help.

If you need a product which is not listed on our website or you need a custom product / service, please send us an email and we will get back to you with best response.
The product I need is out of stock
We usually restock products within a week’s time. In case if you need a product urgently, let us know and we will figure out a resolution for you.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer multiple payment options like debit cards, credit cards, UPI, Rupay card, Wallets etc through our payment gateway partner Paytm.
We also offer Cash on delivery at a nominal fee.

Yes, you get an invoice with GST details
Do you offer bulk discount?
